Helping people solve their problems, difficulties or diseases.
Often little is needed to improve the way we feel: e.g. thanks to a Journal for specific problems, we can become aware of what is wrong and thus more easily find an answer and remedy it.
Other times, we need outside help: a doctor, a psychologist, a therapist… and keeping a Journal becomes a significant base of information for these specialists, both in diagnosis and in their therapeutic decisions.
